ARADA announces two master-planned residential communities in the heart of Sharjah one is Nasma Residences and other is Aljada; details as below-
It is the first new master-planned residential community in Sharjah focused on ‘optimistic yet open living in a urban setting’. The company expects to complete the 5 million square feet development by the end of 2018.
Nasma Residences is to give investors a choice of two and three bedroom townhouses, & four bedroom semi-detached houses; starting at AED 995,000 (US$ 271,000), with sizes ranging from 1,500 sq. ft. to 3,500 sq. ft., supplemented by large plots.
Phase 1 of Nasma has sold out less than a month after launch. Confirming investor-demand for mid-market residential properties in Sharjah, ARADA has now launched Phase 2 that features the availability of five-bedroom ‘Signature Villas’ for the first time. Two and three bedroom townhouses, plus four bedroom semi-detached villas.
The next master-planned community called ‘Aljada’ that will cover an estimated 2.2 million square kilometres and will suit up to 70,000 residents. Aljada will offer investors a range of units, including villas, semi-detached villas, townhouses, apartments and loft apartments.
As announced by ARADA, this new venture will be located next to Sharjah University City and expected to be Sharjah’s biggest ever mixed-use real estate development. Construction phases are planned for delivery beginning from 2019 and proceeding through until 2025.
